PARK FACILITIES RENTAL

Thank you for your interest in the City of Basehor's park facilities! 

Facility Rental Procedure

We offer rental rates for both the City of Basehor residents and non-residents. Rates are listed in the table below.

1) Create or log into your account.

2) Request a reservation by selecting "Make a Facility Reservation" on the left sidebar and proceed to submit.

Please note:  In order to secure your rental, payment of the rental fee and security deposit must be made at the time of your reservation request. 

Facility Rental Details

• There are (2) rental time options available: 4-hours or all-day.
• In addition to the rental time, each rental includes a 30-minute setup time and 30-minute cleanup time.
• Requests are accepted up to six months in advance.
• Reservations are confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and payment is received.
• The person making the reservation (permit holder) must be at least 18 years of age and must be on-site and provide supervision at all times.
• If a water key is needed, you must pick it up and return it within (3) days of the rental day. 
• Cancellations must be made at least (10) days in advance to receive a full refund.

Security Deposit

• All rentals will incur a $100 security deposit.
• Security deposits are payable at the time of reservation.
• Deposit is refundable upon inspection of rental area by city staff.
• The entire deposit, or a part of the deposit may be withheld if damage to the facility is reported by city staff.
• Refunds of the security deposit may take up to 10 business days to reach your bank.

Inclement Weather Policy

Weather is unpredictable; therefore reservations are made at your own risk. Cancellations are not accepted prior to your event based on a predicted weather forecast. The City of Basehor reserves the right to make the final decision on questionable weather.
